Job Summary
Charge RN - PICU delivers specialized pediatric critical care nursing in a full-time night shift role at Providence Swedish First Hill. The position requires graduation from an accredited nursing program, a Washington RN license upon hire, BLS and PALS certifications upon hire, and a minimum of 1 year of nursing experience with demonstrated leadership abilities. A $10,000 signing bonus is available for eligible external candidates. The successful candidate will provide patient-focused, whole-person care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and contribute to a culture that values voice, respect, and ongoing excellence in care. Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
