Job Summary
Registered Nurse needed for 2 East Observation/Cardiac Tele/Dialysis unit in Naples, FL. Provides direct nursing care to observation patients, plans, implements, and evaluates care, collaborates with the inter-professional team, and participates in shared decision making and quality improvement activities. Requires FL RN or APRN licensure, BLS certification, and participation in the RN Residency Program. Night shift, 12-hour schedule; unit emphasizes fast-paced care for 24-48 hour post-operative or post-procedural patients and dialysis patients, with leadership and patient teaching responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the State of Florida.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
- All new to practice RN will be placed into the RN Residency Program.
- Intermediate computer knowledge: Uses Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows
