Charge (RN) Nurse

Provide overall direction and supervision of patient care and nursing personnel on the ICU unit, ranging from Neonatal to Geriatric populations. Consult with staff, physicians, and the Program Director regarding nursing practices and hospital policies while ensuring staff compliance with clinical standards. Ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet patient care needs and participate in incident investigations and report preparation. Serve as the administrative representative in the absence of the Program Director. Maintain Standards of Nursing Practice across all functions.
