Charge Registered Nurse (Non-Exempt) in a Level 1 Emergency Trauma Center. Responsibilities include applying theoretical concepts to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with nursing standards. Must maintain RN licensure in the hiring state/compact and hold or attain required certifications (BLS and unit-specific certifications such as ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, PALS, PEARS, STABLE, C-EFM, CPHON, OCN, etc.). Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs, prolonged standing/walking, and mobility tasks as part of patient care.
