Charge RN - MedSurg, Pulmonary, Nights

Coordinate quality nursing care for acute and chronic respiratory patients on the 12-bed Pulmonary unit, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Maintain standards of practice while coordinating activities for all assigned staff and serving as a resource for guidance. Communicate patient care updates, departmental issues, and staff concerns to appropriate leaders. Provide clinical care as needed based on census demands and patient acuity. Full-time nights shift from 7pm to 7am. Current Georgia RN license, BLS certification, and one year of hospital experience required; two years preferred.
