Charge RN - MedSurg, Pulmonary, Nights

Coordinate quality nursing care for acute and chronic respiratory patients on the 12-bed Pulmonary Unit, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Maintain standards of practice while coordinating care activities for assigned staff and serving as a resource for guidance. Communicate patient care updates, departmental issues, and staff concerns to appropriate leaders. Provide clinical care as needed based on census demands and patient acuity. Full-time nights shift from 7pm to 7am with sign-on bonus and specialty differential available. Located in the new Main Tower at Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital.
