Charge RN - MedSurg, Pulmonary, Nights

Coordinate delivery of quality nursing care for acute and chronic respiratory patients on the 12-bed Pulmonary Unit, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Provide clinical care as needed based on census demands while maintaining standards of practice and coordinating activities for all assigned staff. Serve as a resource for guidance and assistance to the team, communicating patient care and departmental issues to appropriate leaders. Work full-time nights from 7pm to 7am with a sign-on bonus available.
