Charge RN - MedSurg, Pulmonary, Nights

Coordinate quality nursing care for acute respiratory patients on the 12-bed Pulmonary unit, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Provide clinical care as census demands, functioning within organizational policies while maintaining standards of practice. Coordinate delivery of care for patients from birth through the lifecycle and address operational issues during the 7pm-7am night shift. Serve as a resource for guidance and assistance to staff, communicating patient care and departmental concerns to appropriate leaders.
