Charge RN - MedSurg, Pulmonary, Nights

Coordinate quality nursing care for acute and chronic respiratory patients on the 12-bed Pulmonary Unit, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs while maintaining organizational standards. Provide clinical care as census demands, coordinate staff activities, and communicate patient care and departmental issues to leaders. Serve as a resource for guidance and assistance to the team. Work full-time nights from 7pm to 7am with a sign-on bonus and specialty differential available. The unit is located in the new Main Tower, where clinical staff collaborate closely with hospitalists, pulmonologists, and respiratory therapists to deliver top-notch care.
