Charge RN - MedSurg, Pulmonary, Nights

Coordinate quality nursing care for acute respiratory patients on the 12-bed Pulmonary unit, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs while maintaining organizational standards. Provide clinical care during shifts from 7pm to 7am, serving as a resource for staff guidance and communicating departmental issues to leaders. Collaborate closely with hospitalists, pulmonologists, and respiratory therapists to manage census demands and operational issues. Requires current Georgia RN license, BLS certification, and one year of hospital experience.
