Charge RN - MedSurg, Pulmonary, Nights

Coordinate quality nursing care for acute and chronic respiratory patients on the 12-bed Pulmonary Unit, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Maintain standards of practice while coordinating staff activities and communicating departmental issues to leaders. Serve as a resource for guidance and assistance to the team, providing clinical care as census demands require. Work full-time nights from 7pm to 7am with a sign-on bonus available. The clinical staff collaborates with hospitalists, pulmonologists, and respiratory therapists to deliver top-notch care for patients with acute and chronic respiratory issues.
