Charge RN - MedSurg, Pulmonary, Nights

Coordinate quality nursing care for acute respiratory patients on the 12-bed Pulmonary Unit, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care while maintaining organizational standards. Provide clinical support when census demands arise and communicate patient care, departmental issues, and staff concerns to appropriate leaders. Serve as a resource for guidance and assistance to the nursing staff. Work full-time nights from 7pm to 7am with a sign-on bonus and specialty differential available.
