Charge RN - MedSurg, Pulmonary, Nights

Coordinate delivery of quality nursing care for acute and chronic respiratory patients on the 12-bed Pulmonary Unit, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care while maintaining organizational standards. Provide clinical care as needed based on census demands and serve as a resource for guidance to staff. Communicate patient care, departmental issues, and staff concerns to appropriate leaders. Work full-time nights (7pm-7am) with available sign-on bonus and specialty differential.
