Charge RN - MedSurg, Pulmonary, Nights

Coordinate delivery of quality nursing care for acute and chronic respiratory patients on the 12-bed Pulmonary Unit, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care within organizational policies. Provide clinical care as census demands, coordinate staff activities, and serve as a resource for guidance to the team. Communicate patient care and departmental issues to appropriate leaders. Work full-time nights (7pm-7am) with a sign-on bonus and specialty differential available. Requires current Georgia RN license, BLS certification, and at least one year of hospital experience, with two years preferred and a Bachelor's degree. The unit is located in the new Main Tower, where clinical staff collaborate closely with hospitalists, pulmonologists, and respiratory therapists.
