Charge RN - MedSurg, Pulmonary, Nights

Coordinate delivery of quality nursing care for patients on the 12-bed Pulmonary Unit, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care while maintaining standards of practice. Provide clinical care as census demands, coordinating patient activities and communicating departmental issues to leaders. Serve as a resource for guidance to staff, working closely with hospitalists, pulmonologists, and respiratory therapists. Full-time nights shift from 7pm to 7am with sign-on bonus and specialty differential available. Located in the state-of-the-art Main Tower.
