Charge RN - MedSurg, Pulmonary, Nights

Coordinate quality nursing care for acute and chronic respiratory patients on the 12-bed Pulmonary unit, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Provide clinical care as needed based on census demands and communicate patient care, departmental issues, and staff concerns to appropriate leaders. Serve as a resource for guidance and assistance to staff while maintaining standards of practice within organizational policies. Work full-time nights from 7pm to 7am in the state-of-the-art Main Tower, collaborating closely with hospitalists, pulmonologists, and respiratory therapists. A current Georgia RN license, BLS certification, and one year of hospital experience are required.
