Job Summary
Charge RN – MedSurg, Nights coordinates the delivery of quality nursing care for patients across the lifecycle during the shift, provides clinical care as needed when census demands, communicates patient care, departmental issues, and staff concerns to leadership, and serves as a resource for staff. Requires graduation from a nursing program, current RN (Georgia) or NLC/eNLC Multistate license, and BLS. Additional qualifications include 2+ years of hospital nursing experience (Bachelor's degree and advanced specialty certification preferred).
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a nursing program
- Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License
- BLS certification required
- One year of nursing experience in a hospital setting required
