Charge RN - MedSurg, Nights

Coordinate the delivery of quality nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle and manage operational issues during the shift. Provide clinical care as needed when census demands, communicate patient care and departmental issues to appropriate leaders, and serve as a resource for guidance and assistance to staff. Requires a current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC, BLS certification, and at least one year of hospital experience, with two years preferred. A Bachelor's degree and advanced specialty certification are preferred. This Charge RN role operates in the MedSurg unit at Piedmont Fayette Hospital.
