Charge RN Medical Telemetry 4C Full Time Nights

Conduct operations for the medical cardiac telemetry unit by determining staffing needs, making patient assignments, and coordinating care plans with bedside nurses. Ensure all patients receive timely, safe, effective, and high-quality care while holding direct and indirect providers accountable for adherence to regulatory guidelines. Set expectations regarding professional conduct and serve as a resource for the patient care unit. Manage chronic and acute onset diseases including heart failure, respiratory distress, and unmanageable dysrhythmias, while balancing telemetry and cardiac management needs for the 4C unit.
