Manage the operations of the medical telemetry unit by determining staffing needs, making patient assignments, and coordinating the delivery of care for patients with multisystem management needs including heart failure, respiratory distress, and dysrhythmias. Ensure all patients receive timely, safe, and high-quality care while setting expectations for professional conduct and holding direct and indirect care providers accountable for adherence to regulatory guidelines. Coordinate patient care plans with bedside nurses and serve as a resource for the patient care unit, ensuring duties align with Mercy's Mission, Values, and Service Standards.
