Charge RN - M/S, Post-Surgical, Nights

Coordinate the delivery of quality nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle and manage operational issues during your shift. Provide clinical care as needed when census demands, communicate patient care and departmental issues to appropriate leaders, and serve as a resource for guidance and assistance to staff. Requires a current Georgia RN license, BLS certification, and at least one year of hospital nursing experience, with two years preferred. Bachelor's degree and advanced specialty certifications are preferred. This role supports the broader mission of Piedmont Hospital in delivering comprehensive patient care across the lifecycle.
