Job Summary
Charge RN II LTAC leading unit and shared governance activities; coaching and mentoring staff; provides nursing care, conducts assessments, and ensures safe patient care; demonstrates leadership at bedside and across departments; proficiency with electronic medical records and nursing dashboards; focuses on patient-centered care, quality/safety metrics, and staff development; collaborates with interprofessional team; maintains regulatory compliance and participates in performance improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- RN - Registered Nurse - Texas State Licensure
- BLS - Basic Life Support or Instructor (AHA)
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support or Instructor (AHA)
- NIHSTROKE - National Institute of Health Stroke Scale Certification (AHA) - American Heart Association
