Job Summary
Direct, coordinate, and control nursing activities of assigned staff under supervisor supervision. Provide patient care utilizing the Nursing Process, assigning tasks appropriate to age and developmental levels. Assist in staff evaluation, complete assigned projects, maintain nursing schedules, and orient new employees. Requires BSN within three years of hire, Florida RN licensure, and BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications. Full-time night shift at Durbin Park Hospital.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- BSN degree from an accredited school of nursing within three (3) years of hire date
- Licensed to practice nursing in the State of Florida
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- 1-2 years of RN experience
