Job Summary
Direct, coordinate, and control nursing activities for assigned staff under the Supervisor's supervision. Provide care for patients utilizing the Nursing Process, with assignments tailored to age and developmental levels. Maintain nursing schedules and orient new employees. Assist in staff evaluation and project completion. Requires an Associate's degree with a BSN within three years of hire, plus BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. One to two years of RN experience needed. Full-time night shift at Durbin Park Hospital in Florida.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- BSN degree from an accredited school of nursing within three (3) years of hire date
- Licensed to practice nursing in the State of Florida
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- 1-2 years of RN experience
