Direct and coordinate nursing activities for assigned staff under the Supervisor's supervision, while assisting in staff evaluations and project completion. Provide patient care using the Nursing Process, ensuring assignments match the age and developmental level of patients served. Maintain nursing schedules and oversee orientation of new employees. Requires an Associate's Degree with a BSN within three years, plus Florida RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. One to two years of RN experience is required.
