Job Summary
Direct, coordinate, and control nursing activities for assigned staff under Supervisor supervision. Provide patient care utilizing the Nursing Process, ensuring assignments match patient age and developmental levels. Maintain nursing schedules and orient new employees. Assist in staff evaluation and project completion. Requires Florida RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications, plus one to two years of experience. BSN preferred within three years of hire. Full-time night shift at Durbin Park Hospital.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- BSN degree from an accredited school of nursing within three (3) years of hire date
- Licensed to practice nursing in the State of Florida
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- 1-2 years of RN experience
