Job Summary
Direct nursing activities for assigned staff under supervisor supervision while evaluating team performance and completing projects. Provide patient care using the Nursing Process, tailoring assignments to age and developmental levels. Maintain nursing schedules and orient new employees. Requires BSN within three years of hire, Florida RN license, and ACLS/PALS/BLS certifications. One to two years of RN experience needed. Full-time night shifts at Durbin Park Hospital.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- BSN degree from an accredited school of nursing within three (3) years of hire date
- Licensed to practice nursing in the State of Florida
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
- 1-2 years of RN experience
