Direct nursing activities for assigned staff under Supervisor supervision, including coordinating care, evaluating staff performance, and completing assigned projects. Provide patient care utilizing the Nursing Process, assigning tasks appropriate to the age and developmental level of patients. Maintain nursing schedules and manage orientation of new employees. Requires an Associate's Degree with a BSN within three years, plus BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. One to two years of RN experience is necessary. Full-time night shifts at Durbin Park Hospital.
