Job Summary
Direct nursing activities for assigned staff under Supervisor supervision, including coordinating care, evaluating staff performance, and completing assigned projects. Provide patient care utilizing the Nursing Process, ensuring assignments match patient age and developmental levels. Maintain nursing schedules and orient new employees. Requires BSN degree within three years of hire, Florida RN licensure, and BLS certification. Night shift full-time position at Durbin Park Hospital.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- BSN degree from an accredited school of nursing within three (3) years of hire date
- Licensed to practice nursing in the State of Florida
- BLS from the American Heart Association
- 1-2 years of RN experience
