Job Summary
Direct, coordinate, and control nursing activities for assigned staff under supervisor supervision. Provide patient care utilizing the Nursing Process, assigning tasks appropriate to age and developmental levels. Evaluate assigned staff, complete assigned projects, and maintain nursing schedules while orienting new employees. Requires an Associate's degree with BSN within three years, Florida RN licensure, and BLS certification. Full-time night shift at Durbin Park Hospital.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- BSN degree from an accredited school of nursing within three (3) years of hire date
- Licensed to practice nursing in the State of Florida
- BLS from the American Heart Association
- 1-2 years of RN experience
