Job Summary
Direct nursing activities of assigned staff under Supervisor supervision and evaluate assigned personnel. Provide patient care utilizing the Nursing Process, assigning tasks appropriate to age and developmental levels. Maintain nursing schedules and orient new employees. Requires BSN within three years of hire, Florida RN licensure, and BLS certification. Nights shift at Durbin Park Hospital.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- BSN degree from an accredited school of nursing within three (3) years of hire date.
- Licensed to practice nursing in the State of Florida
- BLS from the American Heart Association
- 1-2 years of RN experience.
Desired Qualifications
- BSN.
- Professional certification preferred
