Job Summary
Direct nursing activities for assigned staff under supervisor supervision while providing patient care using the Nursing Process. Coordinate and control team operations, assist in staff evaluations, and manage nursing schedules. Orient new employees and ensure assignments match patient age and developmental levels. Requires Florida RN licensure, BLS certification, and a BSN within three years of hire. Night shifts at Durbin Park Hospital.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- BSN degree from an accredited school of nursing within three (3) years of hire date
- Licensed to practice nursing in the State of Florida
- BLS from the American Heart Association
- 1-2 years of RN experience
