Job Summary
Direct nursing activities for assigned staff under Supervisor supervision while providing patient care using the Nursing Process. Manage nursing schedules and oversee orientation of new employees. Assist in staff evaluation and completion of assigned projects. Requires BSN degree within three years of hire, Florida RN licensure, and BLS certification. Night shift full-time position at Durbin Park Hospital.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- BSN degree from an accredited school of nursing within three (3) years of hire date
- Licensed to practice nursing in the State of Florida
- BLS from the American Heart Association
- 1-2 years of RN experience
