Job Summary
RN Charge Nurse on the Cardiac Telemetry unit for night shift. Coordinates delivery of nursing care and communicates patient care, departmental issues, and staff concerns to leadership. Provides clinical care as needed when census demands and serves as a resource to staff, ensuring quality care across the patient lifecycle. Requires graduation from a nursing program, current Georgia RN license (or NLC/eNLC multistate license) and BLS certification; minimum one year hospital experience; advanced certifications or a Bachelor's degree and additional years of experience preferred. Responsibilities emphasize coordination, clinical competency, staff guidance, and effective communication within the unit.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a nursing program
- One year of nursing experience in a hospital setting required
- Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License. BLS certification required
