Charge RN Cardiac Care

Charge RN Cardiac Care leads nursing on a Cardiac Telemetry unit, coordinating high-quality, patient-centered care in partnership with the management team; serves as a resource for staff, monitors nursing care, assists with admission and discharge processes, provides coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement, and assists with staff scheduling. The unit cares for patients recovering from open heart surgeries, heart catheterization with stent placement, ablations, pacemaker/AICD placement, cardiovascular surgeries, and participates in a comprehensive stroke/stemi program. Qualifications include RN license and RN Diploma, with ACLS and BLS to be obtained within 30 days of start date.
