Charge RN Cardiac Care

Coordinate, evaluate, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while partnering with a multidisciplinary team to support improved outcomes. Assist with admission and discharge processes, staff scheduling, and coaching to enhance performance and engagement. Serve as a resource for staff and monitor nursing care in accordance with established policies. This role requires an RN with two years of experience and Advanced and Basic Cardiac Life Support certifications. Based at Research Medical Center, a 585+ bed facility offering comprehensive cardiac and trauma services across Kansas City.
