Charge Registered Nurse - Surgical (4500) Days

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing practices in alignment with established standards to lead and coordinate patient care. Serve as a clinical resource to support high-quality patient outcomes while managing a 4500-day surgical schedule. Maintain current RN licensure in the hiring state or compact state and complete BLS certification within 30 days of hire. Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or unit-specific credentials may be required based on assignment. This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform prolonged standing, walking, and frequent bending, reaching, and kneeling.
