Job Summary
Assign, direct, and monitor nursing and support staff during assigned shifts while assessing daily patient care needs and distributing assignments. Collaborate with advanced practice providers to ensure quality outcomes, evaluate care effectiveness, and manage patient care complaints through established channels. Contribute to or perform performance evaluations of staff and provide input for hiring, training, and development. Maintain a constant state of alertness and safe manner while performing other duties as assigned. Works on a weekend shift with 24 scheduled weekly hours.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing or education equivalency for licensing
- One year of registered nurse experience
