Provide direct nursing care to oncology patients using the nursing process and established clinical standards. Coordinate and oversee daily patient care activities, delegate appropriate tasks, and monitor quality of delivery while serving as a clinical resource and preceptor for team members. Utilize leadership skills to guide care, facilitate communication of organizational priorities, and support staff development initiatives. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary members to ensure optimal outcomes and promote safe, evidence-based practices. Requires BSN, two years acute care experience, and charge nurse experience preferred.
