Charge Nurse—Psychiatric Unit responsible for overseeing delivery of safe, high-quality nursing care and regulatory compliance, while providing leadership, mentorship, and change agency to staff in a night-shift, full-time psychiatric unit setting at Hackensack Meridian Mountainside Medical Center in Montclair, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in nursing required.
- Active and current New Jersey Registered Nurse license
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
- Preferred Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- At least 2-3 years of clinical nursing experience, prior Charge or Lead nursing experience.
