Charge Registered Nurse RN - Post Surgical

Coordinate unit staffing and provide leadership while ensuring implementation of clinical objectives and quality patient care in assigned areas. Assign, direct, educate, and monitor nursing and support staff, contributing to or performing performance evaluations. Assess daily patient care needs for post-operative bariatric patients, develop and distribute assignments, and evaluate care effectiveness to identify issues affecting outcomes. Respond to patient care complaints through established channels and provide input for hiring, training, and staff development. Requires current Alabama RN licensure, BLS certification, and one year of cumulative job-specific experience. Full-time nights shifts (7pm-7am) with no weekends.
