Charge Registered Nurse RN - Post Surgical

Coordinate unit staffing, direct nursing and support staff, and distribute patient care assignments on a 24-bed post-operative bariatric unit. Assess daily patient needs for procedures like gastric bypass and sleeve gastrectomy, evaluate care effectiveness, and manage patient care complaints through established channels. Provide leadership to ensure clinical objectives and quality outcomes are met while contributing to staff performance evaluations. Full-time nights shifts (7pm–7am) with no weekends; 3–12-hour shifts weekly. Requires current Alabama RN licensure, BLS certification within 30 days, and one year of job-specific experience.
