Charge Registered Nurse RN - Post Surgical

Coordinate unit staffing and provide leadership while ensuring implementation of clinical objectives and quality patient care in assigned areas. Assign, direct, educate, and monitor nursing and support staff, contributing to or performing performance evaluations. Assess daily patient care needs to develop and distribute assignments for post-operative bariatric patients undergoing gastric bypass or sleeve gastrectomy. Evaluate care effectiveness to identify issues affecting outcomes and respond to patient care complaints through established channels. Provide input for hiring, training, and staff development. Full-time nights shift (7pm–7am) with no weekends; 3–12-hour shifts weekly.
