Charge Registered Nurse RN - Post Surgical

Coordinate unit staffing, assign and direct nursing staff, and monitor performance evaluations while implementing clinical objectives for post-operative bariatric patients. Assess daily patient care needs, distribute assignments, and evaluate care effectiveness to ensure population-appropriate outcomes. Respond to patient care complaints through established channels and provide input on hiring, training, and staff development. Lead the 6 West Med Surg Post Surgical unit, focusing on Gastric Bypass and Sleeve Gastrectomy recovery, with full-time night shifts from 7pm to 7am.
