Charge Registered Nurse RN - Oncology

Coordinate unit staffing, assign and direct nursing staff, and distribute patient care assignments to ensure population-appropriate care in the 22-bed Oncology unit. Assess daily patient needs, evaluate care effectiveness, and manage patient care complaints through established channels. Provide leadership to implement clinical objectives and quality standards while contributing to or performing performance evaluations of staff. Respond to complaints and manage them through established channels. May provide input for hiring, training, and development of staff. Full-time nights shifts from 7pm to 7am.
