Charge Registered Nurse RN - Oncology

Coordinate unit staffing and provide leadership while ensuring implementation of clinical objectives and quality patient care in the assigned area. Assign, direct, educate, and monitor nursing and support staff during assigned shifts, including contributing to or performing performance evaluations. Assess daily patient care needs to develop and distribute patient care assignments for a 22-bed unit treating cancer patients and medical-surgical conditions. Evaluate the effectiveness of patient care, identify issues affecting outcomes, and respond to complaints through established channels. May provide input for hiring, training, directing, development, and evaluating of staff. Full-time nights shifts (7pm - 7am) with 3-12 hour rotations.
