Charge Registered Nurse RN - Oncology

Coordinate unit staffing and provide leadership to ensure implementation of clinical objectives and quality patient care. Assign, direct, educate, and monitor nursing and support staff during assigned shifts, while contributing to or performing performance evaluations. Assess daily patient care needs to develop and distribute assignments, ensuring population-appropriate care is delivered. Evaluate the effectiveness of patient care and identify issues affecting desired outcomes. Respond to complaints about patient care and manage them through established channels. Provide input for hiring, training, directing, development, and evaluating of staff. Full-time nights shifts (7pm-7am) are required.
