Job Summary
Conduct patient assessments, initiate nursing interventions, and provide age-appropriate care for spine, neck, head surgery, stroke, and seizure patients on a 20-bed Neuro Science unit. Perform timely documentation, revise Interdisciplinary Care Plans, and execute Quality Improvement assessments. Requires current state RN license, Basic Life Support within 30 days, and ACLS, PALS, NIHSS within six months. Prefer 2-4 years of Neuro/Ortho experience and Charge Nurse background. Work 12-hour shifts with self-scheduling and every-other-weekend rotation.
