Charge Registered Nurse / RN Med Surg

Lead the Medical/Surgical unit as the Charge Nurse, exercising leadership authority and shift accountability for the delivery of nursing care through the nursing process. Serve as an extension of the leadership team, including the director, manager, nursing supervisor, clinical preceptor, and house supervisor, while managing a 365-bed facility with 1,200+ employees. Maintain full-time night shift status in Montclair, NJ, and ensure all staff hold current BLS certification before direct patient care. Requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing and at least one year of Med-Surg Staff RN experience.
