Charge Registered Nurse / RN Med Surg

Lead the Medical/Surgical unit as the night shift Charge RN, exercising full leadership authority and shift accountability for nursing care delivery through the nursing process. Act as an extension of the leadership team, including the director, manager, nursing supervisor, clinical preceptor, and house supervisor, to ensure safe patient outcomes. Maintain a full-time schedule with BLS certification obtained within 14 days of hire. Requires an Associate's Degree in Nursing, New Jersey RN licensure, and at least one year of Staff RN experience on a Medical/Surgical unit. Bachelor's degree preferred.
